Delegates D. Poling, Evans, Ellem, Eldridge, Skaff, Rowan, Guthrie, Hatfield, Wells, Porter and Shott move to amend the Committee Substitute on page 2 on line 3, after the word "follows" by striking the entirety of the remainder of the section and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"all antique vehicles and antique motorcycles, if they are licensed under section 3a of article 10 of chapter 17a of this code shall be valued for purposes of ad valorem property taxes at a assessed value of $1000.00, or alternatively, if they have any other motor vehicle registration plate, shall be valued at an assessed value of $200. For purposes of this section, antique vehicles and antique motorcycles are those vehicles or motorcycles which are more than twenty five years old."
